We at Fresh Lynn Private Limited want you to love our products. If you face any issues, please review our return and refund guidelines below.
1. Returns Eligibility
- Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- Products must be unused, sealed, and returned in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery.

Opened or partially used boxes of laundry pods cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. Replacements

If the product is found defective/damaged, we may offer a free replacement instead of a refund, depending on availability.
4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
